It has been a tuna-heavy day, but that doesn't make the food any less delicious. This salad is very easy to make and it's filling. Of course, no salad is complete without onions, so I added two white ones. Also, it is surrounded by the four remaining pudding cups that I will devour after finishing the salad.
Persimmon, Chocolate-Strawberry Pudding

Speaking of strawberries, I've put frozen ones between the layer of chocolate and the layer of strawberry pudding for extra flavor. I have four more pudding cups that I will eat later today.
