Soft Boiled Eggs

I mix them up, leaving the egg white in small chunks and dip the bread in.

Seafood Burrito

With curry sauce. Might not sound very appetizing to one who does not like seafood, but the curry sauce does cover a lot of the taste which some people find nasty. Tortillas were used as the flat bread.

Tuna-filled Peperoncini in a Jar

They were really hot and, while not as good as cheese-filled spicy peppers, they were still yum!

Huge Meatballs in Tomato Sauce with Mashed Potatoes

Three types of meat and eight vegetables have gone into forming those bad boys.

Bread with Mackerel

My favorite fish to eat with bread rather than potatoes and I enjoy the ease with which the entire bone structure can be taken out.

The Biggest Snacks and Chocolate Stash

12 kilograms / 26.4 pounds, without the bottles of juice.

Pasta Arrabiata

Penne rigate pasta with arrabiata sauce which mostly consists of canned tomatoes and basil. It has an amazing flavor.

Crisp Sesame Fish with French Fries

The seeds don't make that great of a change, but they're a nice addition.

Store Pastries

Eclair, sweet cheese roll and chocolate whipped cream roll.

French Fries with Eggs and Pork

Crusty bottom and soft yolk. Just the way I like them! There is also a slice of bacon under the eggs.

Homemade Berries Yogurt

With raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and cherries. I did not take into consideration the juiciness of the fruit, so the result is more of a yogurt drink, rather than creamy.

Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps

With cream cheese inside. There are other hot peppers as well because I wanted to see which would be best and I've found that Jalapenos feel the most right. I did not leave any of the seeds in, it was spicy enough as it is.

RECIPE

Potato Casserole

Potato slices with sour cream, mozzarella and cheddar cheese for the crust on top.

Guylian Belgian Chocolate: Sheashells

They have the same filling so they taste pretty much the same, but they're pretty.

Eclairs

My first time making long eclairs as opposed to small circular ones. They were way too fragile and broke in half every time I lifted them up. In spite of that, they were just as good!

Chicken Caesar Salad

Without anchovies. This has become my favorite salad. It's so varied in ingredients, with bread, chicken, parmesan cheese, and it definitely caresses the taste buds.

RECIPE

Rice with Pork and Spicy Sauces

Also a bunch of vegetables. I marinated the meat in the oven. There's probably a name for this food out there, but I'm too tired from cooking to look for it~

Coconut: Chocolate, Cubes, Almonds

Every chocolate with coconut that I tasted throughout my life was good. Cannot say the same about these coconut covered almonds .. they have an awkward taste.

Couscous Tomato Soup

Couscous are the small pasta-like balls at the tip of the spoon. There's also a scarce amount of chicken meat for extra flavor. I added both whole tomatoes and canned diced tomatoes.

Vanilla and Pistachio Pudding

I have yet to find the perfect combination for the pistachio pudding, but this is closest to decent.

Pasta with Five Cheeses

Gorgonzola, Mozarella, Cheddar, Brie and Burduf - a cheese made from sheep milk. This is pretty much Macaroni and Cheese, except for the different type of pasta.

Panettone with Chocolate Cream

Also coated in a thin layer of chocolate on the sides. What sets this padticular sweet bread apart is that it has small chunks of chocolate in the cream which definitely enhance the eating experience. I also like how it forms hearts when cut.

Blood Oranges

Freshly brought from Italy. They're about as small as clementines and they taste like oranges dipped in grapefruit+lemon juice.

Roasted Chicken with Golden Potatoes

It's a shame that my oven doesn't have a rotisserie. I have way too much chicken for the small amount of potatoes so I might make more foods from it like a salad.

Grilled Skewers/Kabob with French Fries

Onions, green and red bell peppers and two types of pork. Normally I would add sausage, as well, but I am lacking it.

World's Best Lasagna

This is the first time I follow a recipe which you can find  HERE . I respected every ingredient and every step, minus the oven; I used a microwave instead. It turned out great!

Profiteroles

Home-made with chocolate-vanilla ice cream on top. It's not very simple finding ice-cream during winter time.

Meatballs with Mashed Potatoes in Tomato Sauce

The tomato sauce mixed with the mashed potatoes which was not my intention, but it ended up tasting great. By the end, I added two more ladles of sauce and three nore meatballs.

French Toast

A few slices of bread soaked in one beaten egg then fried. I melted cheese on a slice as an experiment, but I've found that it tastes better without it.

Chicken Soup

I ate it with a spoon, not the ladle. As you can probably tell, it has a lot of meat.

Chicken Rice Pilaf

For once I have a relatively healthy and low-fat meal which not only satisfied me, but my dogs also - they got the chicken bones.

Mini Baguettes with Tzatziki

If I didn't know better, I would be willing to believe that this creamy goodness is the product of the sweet love between angels. The cucumbers are what set this dip apart from other, cheaper ones.

Strawberry Chocolates

The white balls are my favorite, they melt so easily. The other two, Milka and Schogetten, are similar in taste: delicious milk chocolate wrapped around strawberry yoghurt. That being said, though, neither chocolate really tastes like strawberry - something that is sadly very common.

French Fries with Grilled Sausage

Not my favorite type of meat to eat with french fries, but it gets the job done. I "grilled" it on a frying pan. Next time I will fry this sausage and see which method of cooking makes it taste best.

Forest Fruit Pastry with Whipped Cream

I haven't had a home-made dessert in a while so I decided to make something simple. The pastry is sponge-like and it tastes as though the fruits were picked from the Garden of Eden~

Mămăligă with Cheese and Sour Cream

A Romanian porridge made from yellow maize flour. On its own it's nothing special, but the melted cheese gives it an amazing taste. I've grated three different kinds of cheese.

Party Selection Chocolate Minis

My favorites are Wafers&Caramel, Cocos&Choco and Penut&Choco, but they all taste as though they came out of the butts of gods~

Garlic Soup with Eggs

Whole eggs and garlic make for a perfect combination. I like to put a lot of garlic in it because I live in Transylvania, land of the vampires. The soup is just as delicious cold.

White Chocolate with Hazelnuts

The one on the right is my preffered one, but it's also more expensive and, as far as I know, it's sold only in Italy.

Bacon and Cheese Omelette

And a tower of bread slices to go with it. I've used 3 eggs.

Sweet Bread with Profiteroles

This type of sweet bread is panettone, Italian and produced by Bauli. This is my favorite store-bought sweet bread, coated in chocolate, with chocolate cream inside and "profiteroles" on top.

Pretzels with Cheese

As they are, they don't taste too special, but I got the idea to trace them through oil in which I fried bacon .. best idea I ever had in the kitchen.

Chocolate Tiramisu and Coffee Tiramisu

The chocolate one is on the left. I prefer it over the original because the ladyfingers don't get as soggy, they actually retain some of their crunchiness.

Pasta with Mozzarella and Cherry Tomatoes

I prefer cherry tomatoes over the normal ones, mostly because it's easier to dice them, but also because they complement the mozzarella better. I fry the diced tomatoes in olive oil before adding them.

Ravioli

I made them myself so they are pretty huge. Surprisingly enough, they have the same taste as store-bought ones, no difference in quality. Parmesan cheese on top.

Panna Cotta with Forest Fruits

It is basically pudding with a slight jelly texture. The forest fruits came from a frozen bag and I put them in the microwave with a few spoons of sugar as to not taste sour.

Sloppy Joes

Whenever I made sandwiches out of the sloppy joe meat, I always found myself not being able to fit all that I want in the buns, so I have gone for a more efficient and cleaner approach: taking bites out of uncut buns then adding as much meat as I please with the spoon.
