Baguette Sandwich with Meatballs

Now that I've had my dessert, let's eat dinner! I added pickles because it complements the meatballs well. As for sauces, I used mayonnaise and ketchup. I cut the meatballs in halves because it would have been awkward to eat otherwise.

Seeds Mix, Cherry Strudel, Chocolate Raisins

It's my first time trying this seeds mix snack and I enjoy it. It has flax, poppy, caraway and sesame seeds, making it look and taste funky. I added a strudel and the chocolate covered raisins as dessert coupled with three clementines which, if you saw my last post, taste best out of all fruits I tried earlier.

Vanilla Soy Milk, Fruits, Marzipan

The fruits in order of taste from best to nothing special: clementine, orange, banana, kiwi, golden apple, red apple. The pink knife was used to cut the kiwi in half. I took from the fridge half a litre of soy milk with vanilla that I will be drinking for the rest of the day. It's actually really good. I find plain soy milk to be good also, whereas I can't drink normal milk alone without feeling sick. But when it comes to cooking, I will always choose cow milk.The chocolate bar filled with marzipan is one of my favorites because of its consistency.

French Fries with Hake Fish

and some onions on the side - six, to be exact. It's amazing how much they shrink while cooked in oil. The great thing about the Hake fish is that I got it only with their spines, no other small bones. I always dislike it when I have to debone fish like trouts which, for the record, don't taste as good as hake in my opinion.

Strudel, Citrus, Rum Balls, Chocolate Bananas

A rightfully earned dessert! Cherry strudel, an orange, two clementines, four Jamaica rum balls and three chocolate bananas. I have a whole bag of rum balls, but they're fairly strong.

Bruschetta

Grilled bread rubbed with garlic and olive oil. Ingredients I piled on: salami, cheese, cherry tomatoes, peppers, grilled zucchini and onions.
The bread didn't turn out as grilled as I had hoped. It was my first time making bruschetta in a pizza maker not an actual oven, but it was still delicious!

and sour cream sauce with red peppers and leeks.

First post ever. This is the breakfast that started everything! A nice combination of healthy and snacks.
